While Grewal built a strong foundation in Canada, much of his professional journey took place overseas. Over the years he spent significant time working in the DACH region of Europe, including Switzerland. The experience exposed him to global wealth management and international investment strategies. Switzerland, in particular, offered a front-row view of private banking at the highest level.
“Switzerland has a long tradition in wealth management,” Grewal says. “You see how families and institutions think about capital across generations, not just market cycles.”
His work there also brought him into collaboration with private bankers and investment professionals across Europe. But his international exposure did not stop there. Grewal also worked with banking partners in Singapore and Hong Kong, two of Asia’s most important financial centers. These experiences broadened his perspective on how capital markets operate in different regions.
“Every market has its own rhythm,” he says. “Asia moves fast. Europe often focuses on legacy and preservation. Understanding both helps you see opportunities differently.”
By working across multiple financial hubs, Grewal developed a global view of investing and capital allocation.
